La paralysie du sommeil a sa représentation démoniaque dans la célèbre peinture de Füssli ; l'insomnie a la sienne grâce à la noise/dark ambiant de Camecrude. Enclave I. a été entièrement créé et composé dans cet état second et s'apparente à une sorte d'exorcisme fait de chants rituels et de fragments de lucidité. Ou peut-être que Camecrude se fait posséder, piéger dans une réalité déformée qu'il nous transmet dans un chaos sonore dérangeant. La lumière du jour devient insupportable.

Inspired by Emil Cioran, Camecrude is the project of Valentin Laborde, an hurdy gurdy player located in the french pyrenees.
Through this masterpiece, Camecrude creates an unique kind of music who's crossbreeding noise, hurdy gurdy, drone, words from Emil Cioran, and occitan exorcisms.
With an album recorded only during his insomnias, Camecrude brings his own vision of a true pessimism and his reading from E.M.C.
Depression, chaos, madness, sinking in the night, dark circles, are at the end of your listening.
A masterpiece of experimental composition here, we are grateful to be able to present it to you here.

«Laborde is either mad or genius – or maybe both, but the material he creates is simply captivating. If you want to hear my result – “Enclave I” is fantastic. It’s chaotic – the maelström of mixture of drone humming, noise, the vocals, the disharmonies…it’s the ritual of damnation being transmitted through the speakers. But it’s immensely captivating.
And it goes without saying this music is not for everyone. Just as philosophy is not understood by the masses, the same applies to art. And that’s coming from me – I am not claiming any superior knowledge, definitely not in the realm of philosophy.
Nevertheless, if you are into the noise, harsh noise, ambient, darkwave and experimental music as a whole, you can’t afford to pass this album over. That’s a fact.»
