about

Inspirated by the writings of Jean-Pierre Martinet (french pessimist author died in 1993), La Grande Vie was recorded in 2008 on tapes.

Influenced by Harsh Noise Wall projects, Viande à Viol used great walls of monolithic, organic, sick and distorded noise (with superposition of hard frequencies) with some recording of his gypsy project, for the endings of his tracks.

He brings through La Grande Vie a very oozing vision of a shitty life, with nothing and void.

A crossbreed between Harsh Noise Wall [HNW] and Gypsy Music, for fans of Vomir, The Rita, and some Tony Gatlif soundtracks.

Our souls are pure, but become corrupted in their corrupt bodies.
Our days devour us.
The muse gives off its best scent when broken.
We believe that the tree's worst enemy is the seed that comes out of its kidneys.
